About DoneImg
Simple image tools that respect your privacy.
What DoneImg is
DoneImg is a collection of free tools for everyday image jobs: making photos smaller, changing their size or format, cropping, adding a watermark, removing hidden metadata and more.
Each tool does one job and explains what it does, so you can finish quickly.
Your files stay with you
Images are processed by your browser on your own device. They are not uploaded to our servers, so there is nothing for us to store, read or lose. This is also why the tools keep working even on a slow connection once the page has loaded.
Why it is free
Because the work happens on your device, running the site costs us very little. We do not ask you to register and we do not add watermarks to your results.
Open-source components
DoneImg uses well-known open-source libraries for specific tasks, such as reading HEIC photos, writing PDF and ZIP files and optimising PNG files. Their licences are listed in the THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES file shipped with the site.
